1. Take Work Smart Online.

If you want to facilitate AAUW salary negotiation workshops, you will first need to complete AAUW’s Work Smart Online and then our Facilitator Training course.

2. Register for a training.

Register online. Once registered, you will receive an email with your link to the course within 24 hours/business day. After you are logged in, you can take the course on your schedule, at your own pace.

3. Stay up to date with your training.

Facilitators are required to complete an online refresher each year to remain in good standing.
