Host a Workshop – AAUW Salary Negotiation Programs

About AAUW’s Salary Negotiation Workshops:

While we wait for policies and employer culture to change, we are working to empower women nation-wide with skills to effectively negotiate their salary and benefits and become agents of change in their communities.

Both workshops cover 4 key learning objectives:

  • An introduction to the gender pay gap
  • Knowing and articulating your value
  • Benchmarking target salary through objective market research
  • Strategies for making the ask including deflection, building your pitch, and responding persuasively
